- Follow the animation that expands with each inhale and contracts with each exhale.
- Experience haptic feedback that assists in guiding your deep breathing as you inhale and exhale.
- Opt to receive reminders through notifications to initiate a Breathe session and customize the frequency of these reminders.
- Adjust the duration of Breathe sessions from as short as 1 minute up to a maximum of 5 minutes.
- Select a breathing rate within the range of 4 breaths per minute to 10 breaths per minute.
- Benefit from the convenience of the Breathe watch face, allowing you to instantly center your focus by simply lifting your wrist.
- Monitor your mindful minutes accumulated during Breathe sessions using the Health app on your iPhone.
